    • Personal Statement: Why are you interested in applying for the SU Leadership Fellowship? Consider elaborating on how your background, your identity, or the community you come from influences your work. (400 words)
    • Please elaborate on the most significant student group activity listed in your resume, and why you have found your leadership role within that organization valuable. (250 words).
    • Tell us about a time when you impacted a community through your leadership role in a student organization on campus. Community can be defined as you wish. (250 words).

    List the names of two WashU faculty, staff members or a peers below to serve as your two required recommendations. These recommenders should be someone familiar with the the leadership experiences you're sharing on this application. Upload a letter of recommendation from each.
